"Application" feature should be optionnal
In FE, there is afeature called "Applications" in the "Manage" menu under "Resources". Why is there no toggle on this feature just like the others above ? --> if we do not need applications to link to a ressource, we should be able to disacticate it.
I suggest to apply the same logical on the Application feature as we have with with "diffusion" feature : add a toggle in the BE to activate/disactivate this feature.

"Application" feature is used to link any resource to web application.
Application form properties, resource's manager is able to define technical parameters like the web application URL, name of the navigator frame, options (width, height, vertical/horizontal lift of the navigator frame), ...
As you can see, such information are technical; metadata editor and manager are often not technician and do not know such parameters. If lot of resources are published with other web applications (i.e. a specific web viewer), it is more convienient to let resource's manager filling in such parameters than a metadata editor.
