A lot of new features have been implemented in the Monitor component over the last year.

I believe it is time to go through the component and remove functions that has been replaced by new features.

This goes for user interface as well as for code.

I am not sure how to design a process to do this - any suggestions?

I agree, we need to make some "clean-up".

Concerning the design, I would say that you can make suggestion in this ticket and we can discuss on it - you are now the one with the best knowledge of the GUI, don't you ? :-)

Concerning the code, it's more tricky. I let Bruno giving its point of view.

More generally, I am wondering if we should do this quiclky by going through the GUI... or have a more transversal thought of all EasySDI modules. Indeed, GUI of differents components do not share the same logic of navigation and "touch and feel".

I think we have to discuss this on the EasySDI users meeting on 24. november.

Dear all

I have compiled some suggestions along with screen dumps in the attached PDF file.

This is an old and very specific ticket & the community plans to make a large MONITOR refactoring.

Therefore, this ticket is rejected.
