Remove version info if version management is disabled.
For each object type, the administrator can able/disable the management of versions.
If he/she disable it, I would suggest to remove any reference to versioning in the different UI -> it gives uneeded information and overcharge the screen.

Even if object type are not choosen to supply versionning, an objet possess alway at least one version.
The current human interface have been designed to always show date of a version to be as generic as possible when displaying object properties.
My opinion is to keep human interface as it instead of adding extra code with several switch cases (display some information or not).
As metadata versionning was a new concept in EasySDI, I'm sure that it can be improved by other aspects than GUI (i.e. displaying only last version with possibility to ask for timeline of all versions). Some time have to be spent thinking and exchanging about this...
