Platform fee calculation fails, either with overall platform fee or per category platform fee.

Another defect is still there :

In the basket, when choosing a third party, the platfrom fee is calculated based on the its account (organism category). It is FALSE, the platform fee is always based on the client's category.
(this was already discussed with Jérôme V.)
